Purchasing a service for allotted amount of time, does not guarantee a certain number of people to step forward in spirit. There are no guarantees of who will step forward during a reading. You understand that all sales are final. There are no refunds for cancellations or no-shows. Phone readings require you provide a contact number to avoid cancellation. No contact information is considered a cancellation. No answer at designated appointment time is considered a no-show. You must be 18 years of age or older to schedule a reading. By scheduling a reading, class, healing or consultation, you agree to these terms. You hereby release and hold harmless Kimberly Brudnicki from liability due to any accident or damage to self, child, animal or property during or after any class, consultation, healing or reading. You understand that Kimberly Brudnicki is not a physician, psychologist, psychiatrist, lawyer or any other licensed professional and any advice, messages, consultations, healings or other services provided are for guidance only. You agree to release Kimberly Brudnicki and forever discharge Kimberly Brudnicki from any and all claims, demands or liabilities to your person, property. By scheduling a reading, class, healing or any other service, you agree that you've read the above statements and agree to this Client Release of Liability and Disclaimer. By scheduling a reading for someone else, you agree that you've shared this Client Release of Liability and Disclaimer with the party receiving the services from Kimberly Brudnicki.
